Opposition forces from the revolution in Libya are made up of a combination of soldiers who have defected with their units, volunteers and regular citizens. They are an eclectic bunch, from a variety of backgrounds, including students, doctors, and engineers. They are united in their cause, their hope, and their belief that they can defeat the dictator who has reigned over them for nearly the past 42 years. These are the Libyan revolutionaries.
