Egyptians move about in a village of New Gourna on the West Bank of the Nile near Luxor June 6, 2009. Provincial government officials in Luxor are moving forward with a massive redevelopment plan for the surrounding area that includes removal of older villages that were built atop ancient tombs and ruins that date back thousands of years.
