Sister Sara

Sister Sara plays with children at the school for poor children that she helped found more than 30 years ago with the famous French nun, Sister Emanuel in the Manshiyet Nasser district of the Egyptian capital, Cairo October 16, 2008. The school now provides an education to more than 1200 students from the surrounding slums which are a large garbage collection district.
