The official signing table for the Interim Iraqi Constitution table adorned with 25 pens goes unused March 05, 2004 as a disagreement over wording in the document erupted between the Iraqi Governing council's 25 members, preventing the document from being signed into law at a ceremony planned in Baghdad. The constitution was eventually signed 3 days later on March 08, 2004.
