Al Bashrah Oil Terminal (ABOT), Arabian gulf

Tankers are filled with Iraqi oil at the Al Basrah oil terminal (ABOT) 50 kilometers off the coast of Iraq in the Northern Arabian Gulf February 3, 2010. Iraqi oil exports account for an estimated 75 percent of the country's GDP, and an estimated 85-90 percent of all Iraqi oil exports come out through this vital terminal originally constructed in the 1970's.
