Rival factions clash in Cairo

Opponents of deposed Egyptian president Mohamed Morsi watch as Egyptian actor Tariq el-Nahry fires a pistol at a nearby group of Pro-Morsi Muslim Brotherhood supporters during violent July 22, 2013 clashes between the two sides in the Garden City district of Cairo, Egypt. The clashes began when Pro-Morsi demonstrators marched close to Tahrir square, where dozens of Anti-Morsi demonstrators remain camped out, sparking dangerous running battles throughout the neighborhood that claimed at least one life and wounded dozens of others. Supporters from both sides mainly threw rocks at each other, but a few from both sides had and used pistols and shotguns during the clashes.
