An Ethiopian "cupper" or coffee taster, works with samples of various coffee batches in the cupping station of the giant warehouse of the Keffa Export Coffee Processing Plant February 21, 2007 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Cupper's job is to evaluate different coffees taste and unique characteristics and to guarantee quality and consistency throughout the processing stage. Ethiopian coffees from areas such as Sidamo, Hara, and Yirgacheffe are especially famous for their distinctive high quality, flavorful and aromatic coffee beans.
