Egyptian Rockslide Buries Shantytown

An Egyptian woman mourns family members killed by a giant rockslide in the Manshiyet Nasr shantytown Saturday, September 6, 2008 in Cairo, Egypt. 64 bodies have been recovered, yet hundreds more are believed buried under more than 70 tons of limestone, and authorities have struggled to bring in heavy equipment that might be used to retrieve more bodies or search for survivors. Residents of the area have grown increasingly angry with what they say is the Egyptian government's inability to respond to the disaster.
