Egyptian Rockslide Buries Shantytown

Using lights, Egyptian residents of the Manshiyet Nasr shantytown continue frantic efforts to locate survivors, bodies, and possessions following a rock slide that killed at least 64 and buried perhaps hundreds more Saturday September 06, 2008 on the eastern edge of Cairo, Egypt. Residents have complained that the government appears to be doing little to reach possible survivors, and have clashed with police at the site of the disaster.
