An Iraqi man who suffered a gunshot to the head lies in an intensive care unit September 19, 2007 at the al-Sadr Hospital in an-Najaf, Iraq. Recent renovations have turned this hospital into one of Iraq's most state of the art medical facilities. In addition to the intensive care, the 448 bed hospital also offers CAT scan, MRI,a renal transplant clinic, burn unit, and a fertility clinic.
