Egyptian Rockslide Buries Shantytown

An Egyptian security officer scrambles over one of the giant boulders that fell and trapped hundreds of people during a Saturday, September 6, 2008 rockslide in the Cairo shantytown of Manshiyet Nasr. So far 64 bodies have been recovered, but authorities have struggled to get in heavy equipment that might be used to retrieve more bodies or search for survivors, and residents of the area have grown increasingly angry with what they say is the Egyptian government's inability to respond to the disaster.
