Egypt faces aftermath of bloody crackdown on protest camps
A ripped up poster of deposed Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi lies in a pool of blood in Rabaah al-Adawiya square August 15, 2014 in the Nasr City district of Cairo, Egypt. A day earlier security forces violently cleared supporters of deposed Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi that had been camped around the area for more than a month. At least 600 people were believed killed and thousands more injured during the raid on Rabaah al-Adawiya, and another, smaller protest camp in the el-Nahda square in Giza.
