Coalition Provisional Authority Administrator L. Paul Bremer reviews the first battalion of New Iraqi Army (NIA) soldiers during their October 4, 2003 graduation ceremony at the Iraqi Army training center in Kirkush, Iraq. More than 700 soldiers comprising the first battalion of the NIA marched in formation in front of a small group of coalition dignataries and the Iraqi Governing Council President.
