Humanitarian aid worker Marla Ruzicka (r)poses for a portrait with an Iraqi family her organization, the Campaign for Innocent Victims in Conflict (CIVIC) recently helped in a photograph taken a day before her April 16,2005 death in Baghdad, Iraq. Ruzicka was apparently killed by a suicide bomber targeting a nearby American convoy on the airport road in Baghdad.
