Tankers are filled with Iraqi oil at the Al Basrah oil terminal (ABOT) 50 kilometers off the coast of Iraq in the Northern Arabian Gulf February 3, 2010. The more than 30 year old terminal was severely damaged in the Iraq-Iran war but then repaired by American contractors prior to the first Gulf War. Today it is capable of pumping some 3 million barrels per day, and is Iraq's most important oil export facility.
