An Afghan boy watches as US Army 101st Airborne 3-187 "Bravo" company move in during a 23 July, 2002 sensitive site exploitation (SSE) mission in the town of Narizah in Southeastern Afghanistan . The three day mission, intended to deny sanctuary to Al Qaida and Taliban fighters in villages along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border resulted in the recovery of several weapons caches and one Afghan detained for questioning.
